Consignment eliminates the hassle factor of selling your quality, gently used home furnishings on your own. Reduce, reuse, and recycle, while recouping some of the investment from the furnishings you no longer need. It’s the easiest way to sell and the best way to buy.

We are Fort Collins’ premier consignment store, offering quality home furnishings and accessories. Furniture arrives daily and represents name brands such as Ethan Allen, Crate & Barrel, Room & Board, Henredon, Century, Drexel Heritage, and Lexington, to name a few. Our spacious 7,000 sq ft showroom displays items in complementary vignettes to create visual interest and promote quick sales. Our friendly and professional staff is available to assist our loyal customer base that appreciates the value of buying used. Not only do they keep coming back to see what’s new, but they tell their family and friends about us, as well.
What can I consign?
We accept gently used home furnishings and accessories that are clean, in good condition, currently in style, and seasonally acceptable. Items that are missing parts, cracked, broken, torn, faded, stained or in need of repairs will not be accepted. We reserve the right to disqualify items from a smoking or pet environment. We also reserve the right to refuse any item due to poor condition, current inventory, or past experience.
How do I Consign?
Please visit our showroom and take a look at the types of items we sell. Submit photos and a brief description of your consignments directly from our website. Please click here. Or, you may bring in pictures of your potential consignments for review, along with any information you may have.
Will you come to my home?
How do you establish pricing?
We determine the final retail price on all consigned merchandise after physical inspection. Our competitive pricing formula is based on past experience, manufacturer, style, age, condition, patina, and current demand. We view each consignment as a partnership, and acknowledge it is in everyone’s interest to price items at fair market value.
What percentage do I receive?
You will receive 50% of the determined sales price. Your item will initially be priced; after 30 days it will reduce by 15%, after 60 days it will reduce a total of 25%, and after 90 days it will reduce to 40% of its’ original price. At each point, you will receive 50% of the determined sales price.
How and when do I get paid?
Consignor payout checks are available for pick up on the 15th of every month for previous month sales. Out of town consignor payout checks are mailed upon request. Please call 970.282.1816 to see if your items have sold.
How long is the contract?
What happens at the end of my contract?
Your items will remain in Furniture Consignments by Kristynn’s inventory for 7 days after the expiration of your 90 day contract. You may pick up your items within those 7 days. After the 97th day, your items become the property of Furniture Consignments by Kristynn, to discount or donate to local charities at their discretion.
